What If I Don’t Find the Right Therapist?
If the first therapist isn’t the right fit, you can request a change. We prioritize your comfort and work to connect you with a counselor who meets your needs and style.
Conducting a CDA and developing a treatment plan within the first 2 to 3 sessions with your therapist is a universal best practice required by CMS. This office operates under the best practice guidelines set forth by the American Psychiatric Association and under the ethical guidelines set forth by each clinician’s licensure and within the parameters of IDAPA where applicable.Â
Not all insurances cover all of the services we offer. Please contact our office at 208-333-9578 to discuss with our staff which services your insurance will cover.
Based upon therapist availability. Not all insurances cover in home therapeutic services so minimal additional charges may apply.
Due to the limitations of time, vehicles and drivers we can only offer transportation within a certain range of the office; please contact our transportation scheduler at 208-333-9578 to see if you fall within our transportation service area.
All children requiring transportation pick up must have a signed consent by the parent or guardian allowing Ability Health and Rehabilitation to transport the child. Children who need to be picked up from their school by our transportation providers must have documentation on file at their school allowing the school to release the child to our transportation staff.
We will need the information from your insurance card in order to contact your insurance to determine your benefit level, please have this information available when calling.

Credentialing with insurance can be a lengthy process at times. You may choose to start services utilizing our sliding scale fees** prior to our becoming credentialed or you may choose to wait until we become credentialed. We will contact your insurance carrier and provide you with alternative providers who accept your insurance as we want to ensure that our lack of credentialing with your insurance does not delay your access to care.
